Maria also facilitated women’s leadership and children & family seminars with two international seminar companies.
Knowing that women / mothers hold the key to better futures for children and their families, Maria wrote the Amazon bestselling book Fall In Love With Your Life: 365 Love Notes to Romance the Self-Critic Within.
Being a Feng Shui fan for many years, she later obtained her certification as a Feng Shui Consultant. She helps families create a balanced home environment. She also helps individuals to increase abundance in all areas of their lives–Love, fulfillment and business/income/wealth. With a California real estate license, she serves as a referral agent, marketing expert. She also helps home owners, buyers and investors optimize their properties for balanced living, selling expeditiously, buying and investing wisely, through the science of Feng Shui.
Ever passionate about making a difference with families, Maria is also a Guardian Ad Litem, a court-appointed advocate for children who are abused, neglected or abandoned. Maria is also on the Board of its non-profit arm, Friends of Children of Brevard. She lives in Florida with her soul mate, Michael. Together they enjoy everything ‘family,’ which includes their two children and their spouses, their four adorable grandchildren, and their extended family.

Author and consultant, has been a Real Estate Broker for more than 30 years. Along with two other professionals, she opened the first two RE/MAX franchises in the state of California more than 25 years ago.
